1- Please note that: Hight season rate from July first to sept 13 are non  "Non Refundable rates".   

2- Please complay:

  • Please don't smoke in public area:    There is smoking area.


  • Please don't use alcoholic beverage in public area. Our License cover ONLY alcohol sold  and served in our restaurant or bar.


3- We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion. The credit card used to complete the transaction will be credited fully.


- If we suspect the transaction was fraudulent.

- If during a visit Disturbance, Smoking or Drinking policies we're not respected.

4- Pets:

We welcome pets  to the hotel but would like to advise both the animals and their human associates of some regulations that we ask all of you to follow for the safety and enjoyment of all guests and hotel personnel. 

The pets:

. If you are on your own in the room you must remain in your closed crate, whether you like it or not. 

. If you are alone in your room you must not be one of those noisy pets that disturbs humans in other guest rooms – otherwise, we’ll ask you to leave and no refunds for the humans. 

. We charge your handlers, because we know you don’t have any money, a $10.00 clean up fee per stay.

. If you get carried away and “go crazy” and we know you like to from time to time, we will charge your handlers the appropriate amount, at cost, for damage or clean-up to the room. 

. A grass area is available at the hotel for you to do what you have to do, if you know what I mean, but you must remain attached to the humans at all times. 

. Please make sure your human associate does the now obligatory “scoop the poop” – no exceptions! 

The Humans:

. The $10-00 clean-up fee is for additional cleaning, upon your departure, to ensure future guests do not encounter allergy problems. 

. Pets must not be allowed to roam freely, at any time, within the hotel grounds or in the hotel itself, in consideration of those that may be frightened of animals and for hygiene reasons. 

. We ask that you keep your pets crated in the room, at all times but, since we cannot monitor this request please be considerate of future guests. 

. If you do go out and leave your pet unattended in the room we ask that you leave contact phone numbers should we need to get in touch with you. Please do note that we reserve the right to take whatever steps are necessary to protect both our employees and the safety and comfort of other guests. Noise rebates made by the hotel, due to problems with your pet, will be applied as a surcharge on your account. 

. Pets are only permitted in your guest room and where direct access is required to either enter or leave the hotel i.e. lobby of the hotel.
