Policies

  1. Cancellation Policy: Our low rates are  “Non-Refundable rates”. 
  2. Public area (smoking, vaping, Drinking… etc.): Please don't smoke in public area.(Minimum 9 M NB Gov). Please don't use alcoholic beverage in public area. (NB Gov)
  3. Check in Time is from 15:00 to 19:30 and Check-out time is 11:00. (Late Check-in /Check-out available on request when possible)
  4. Pets : Sorry, no pet is allowed in the room (Allergies, cleaning, …etc).
  5.  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time at our discretion.  The credit card used to complete the transaction will be credited fully (cases of: Identification problem, credit card issue, policy issue, ...etc.).
