Policies

• Cancellation Policy: Our rates are  “Non-Refundable rates”. 

• Public areas (smoking, vaping, Drinking… etc.): 

- Please don't smoke in public areas.(Minimum 9 Meters, NB Gov).

- Please don't use alcoholic beverages in public areas:  Regulation 84-265, Section16​​Alcoholic beverages can only be served and consumed in the licensed areas as defined on the licence.

• Check in Time is from 15:00 to 19:30 and Check-out time is 11:00. (Late Check-in /Check-out available on request when possible)
• Pets : Sorry, no pet is allowed in the room (Allergies, cleaning, …etc).
  
•  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time at our discretion.  The credit card used to complete the transaction will be credited fully (cases of: Identification problem, credit card issue, policy issue, ...etc.).
