Our rates are  "Non Refundable rates".      
   

2- Public area (smoking, vaping, Drinking... etc.):

• Please don't smoke in public area.
  

• Please don't use alcoholic beverage in public area.
  

3-  Check in Time is from 15:00 to 19:30 and Check-out time is 11:00. 

4- Pets : We are sorry, no pet is allowed in the room.

5- We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at any time at our discretion.  The credit card used to complete the transaction will be credited fully.

- Payment issue (reservation and payment Information incompatible).

- Unexpected and Urgent repairs/maintenance (plumbing, sanitizing,...etc.).

- Disturbance, smoking ...etc.
