Cancellation Policy:
Our rates are non-refundable.

Public Areas (Smoking, Vaping, Alcohol, etc.):

• Smoking is prohibited in public areas (minimum distance: 9 meters, as per New Brunswick government regulations).
• Alcoholic beverages may only be served and consumed in designated licensed areas, in accordance with Regulation 84-265, Section 16. Please refrain from consuming alcohol in other public areas.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in is available from 16:00 to 19:30.
• Check-out time is 11:00.
  (Late check-in/check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability.)

Pets:
We regret that pets are not allowed in the rooms due to allergies and cleaning considerations.

Reservation Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation at our discretion. If your reservation is cancelled, the credit card used for the transaction will be fully refunded in cases such as identification issues, credit card problems, or policy violations.
